Our Goal?

At Chapman Palmer Talent, we represent artists who have unique abilities to offer the Arts Industry. We focus on connecting with people who are kind and have excellent communication, to build a high level of personalised representation.

Their welfare always come first.

We discover what they need introduce our artists to new contacts and build strong connections.

What Do We Offer?

Our contracts are non-exclusive allowing artists to approach another agent to represent them at a specific skill.

We take 10% commission for Theatre and 15% for TV & Commercials.

We suggest our artists for exciting roles on Spotlight, Mandy and through connections over email, phone and social media.

Once auditions come through, we forward the audition breakdown to the artist and combine it with advice on preparing for the scene.
Sometimes life is very busy! Quite often deadlines are very swift making it tricky to meet the audition deadline. So, something special we offer is that we often read through the scenes with our artists over video calls and offer to suggestions to edit their footage more efficiently.

Once they’ve (fingers crossed) landed the job of their dreams, then we will negotiate contracts, organise invoicing and communicate with the Casting Director and Employer to make sure everything is handled as smoothly as possible for our artists.

Who Are We?

Matt Salmon

Matt trained at East 15 Acting School in 2015, before working in internationally touring interactive theatre, where he was represented by Chapman Palmer Talent.

With advice from Samantha, Matt founded his own talent agency in 2018 called Robert Solomon Management. He connected his artists with theatre tours, interactive theatre, commercials and voiceover projects. During 2021, Samantha discussed combining their efforts and brought Matt onboard Chapman Palmer Talent as a Talent Agent to expand the books.

Samantha Palmer

Samantha founded Chapman Palmer Talent in 2015, representing a team of artists in stage and film productions. As an actor in theatre and screen productions with a passion for theatre direction, she wanted to use her knowledge of forging new contacts to create a talent agency that would represent artists on Spotlight that would bring them new connections with Casting Directors & Producers.

Samantha is currently directing several theatre productions, which will debut at the Edinburgh Fringe later this year.
